Shipping Policy

This page explains how Lakshmia ships your order.

Order processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates
- Free US shipping on orders over $35.
- $4.95 flat-rate US shipping on orders under $35.
- Exact shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after the order ships.
- International: contact us before ordering. International rates and delivery windows vary.

All delivery times are estimates from the moment your order leaves our warehouse and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking link. You will receive it by email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.

Late, lost, or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, write to hello@lakshmia.store. We will personally check with the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, we ship a replacement at our cost.

Wrong address
If you entered an incorrect address, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before it ships.

Damaged on arrival
Send one photo of the damaged item to hello@lakshmia.store. We ship a replacement the same day.
