Two easy ways to find where your ritual is.

1. Check your email

When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link. Search your inbox for the subject line starting with “Your Lakshmia order is on its way”.

2. Email us

If you can't find the tracking email — or if your order has been quiet for more than 5 business days — reply to your order confirmation, or write to hello@lakshmia.store. Include your order number if you have it. We get back within 24 hours.

What to expect

• 0–3 business days — we pack your order.
• 3–7 business days — typical US delivery window from ship date.
• If anything stalls — our 30-Day Soft Skin Promise covers delivery issues too. Message us and we make it right.
